Even if we debate over who gets to own the title of who invented the snowboard, I'm just glad that Mazda's actually interested in our sport. We all agree that our sport is struggling and any support is good support. They are also a major sponsor for Canada Snowboard and support the national teams in all disciplines, alpine, sbx and freestyle. Maybe the advertising agency's also to blame for some "quick" research. Don't get me wrong, any association between a company and a sport will cause some sort of disturbance, some will approve and some won't. I guess there's good and bad in everything...
