  1. Thanks for the over-pour of the Super Wet Base Wax. I used it with the HRRW and the Wax Wizard in accordance with your instructions. Very fast! I've used it on powder, ice, and groomed piste between 18 and 32 degrees. My home mountain is icy right now and wax jobs don't last too long on that stuff. I think I have 4 days on this wax and I applied it very thin. I'll give it a warm rub before I go up tomorrow evening for some twilight riding. :biggthump

  2. The shells of the boots are used and in good condition with normal light signs of use and light wear to the (blue/green) Vibram sole. This is a 2-buckle boot with the addition of the Raichle Power System strap. These boots feature a free walk / lock adjustment to allow either free flex or several forward positions locked. The tag on the unused liners says ’97-‘98. Size M 28.5. Make an offer if you are interested.

  3. I was an Avalanche dealer and rode a 165 Kick. I really disliked that board. The edges of the base were beveled, so it sucked on the steep, icy slopes of Mt Ashland. A buddy of mine had the same board, but he rode Koflachs. I remember hearing stories of guys cutting the shells to gain more flexibility.

  4. Added a new one yesterday, sets of 30 squats on the flat side of a Bosu ball

Hey Waves, I have the P90, its a ass kick for sure, did you find you were able to keep up with the vid at first and wicked sore from it??

I had to modify when I started out because I was wearing a 50 pound fat suit. I did shoulder flys and rows with dumbbells instead of pull ups and I didn't go airborne during the Plyometric exercises. I get the best results from the lean program. It also helps to eat right. I haven't hit my goal, yet. I plan to lose another 20 pounds over the next few months. Age ain't nuttin, but a thang.

A massage therapist told me that soreness is from microtears in the muscle tissue. I always thought it was lactic acid. I've found that the YogaX and XStretch help loosen me up when I'm sore.
