Hey thanks for the info, just waht we were looking for. Have only been out during the summer for biking, we were looking for someplace we have not been to yet and thought why not. Will give a shout when we are there to get some runs in together!

Thinking about a trip to Mt. Bachelor between xmas and week after new years. Looking for recommendations on lodging and such, any locals out there willing to share thoughts?

Was thinking about hitting Sugarloaf for a long weekend (3/18-3/21) and was looking for tips on where to stay, ect.
Jack, I know you know the mountain well, any info on the best carving runs. How about better on-site lodging, or is off site better?

Selling pair of 02/03 Burton Fire's size 26.5 mondo. I bought these new during 02/03. Have a less than 6 days on the boots. They are just too small and narrow for my feet. The original liners come with the boots, they have had a little work done above the instep (plastic ground out for room). Looking for $200 plus shipping.

Started riding in 79, Burtons first production board (rubber band, twin fins...)
Plates since 90 Safari II, still have the set up in the garage. Boots HOT PINK Kolflatches (sp).

Fleeman did you patrol at Red a few years back? We met a guy there riding a Burton FP.

Can't say enought good things about this op! We were there two or three seasons ago (their first full season). The terrain is second to none. The guides are very knoledgable about the area and the snow pack. did I mention the snow, it is great! the operation sits at a fairly high elevation (for the area) so the snow is light. they did not have the lodge set up when we were there, so you will get more riding time then in the past.
Another great thing, it is owned and op by a snowboarder (his wife was also a former Candian downhiller, she now boards as well). Also, Craig Kelly had an intrest in the operation from what we were told. If you do go, bring a rock for his memorial.
I beleive that Mark Faucet is guiding there this season, not bad company!
Make reservations now for next season, it is worth the price and you can hit Whitewater either before or after (another "best kept secret").
