Here are the pictures WEStheChiller of the boot liner and shell size.  I will tell you that I wear a size 10.0-10.5 shoe, so I am pretty sure they are more sized like 28 or 28.5.

Update:  Another User asked me to check the size and I apologize the liner is 27.2 and the shell is fitted for 27.5-29.  I apologize for the miss sizing I usually only purchase 28.
