[How beaten up you've got in a single day of riding?]

Crap,

I got walloped by a ski racer wannabe today, My shoulder hurts like I've got broken glass in it and my swollen knee won't bend anymore. The frustrating part of this is that, I'm constantly looking uphill, stopping and waiting for people to pass by. I feel.... I've been very careful to try and avoid collisions by not letting them hit me, Sort of like riding a motorcycle as if nobody can see you. Anyway thanks for letting me rant....

I just picked up my new Donek Metal FC and its going to be awhile before it gets used "FxCK"
