I have someone locally that is interested in the package but have not heard back from them. Are you interested in board and bindings or just the board?

A friend may be interested. I sent him the info, so it's up to him to decide. How's the edge & base? Does it need a tune? Any major hits on the board?

Thanks for the note. I have to say that I'm pretty sure it's not a metal board. It doesn't ride like a metal board and I don't see any metal. The board is definitely newer (2007/2008) than the one you have, but they did make a few variations.

That said, it's still a great board!

I don't want to lose a sale, but this board might be a bit small for your size, especially if you are an experienced rider. If you're new to alpine riding and hitting less than favorable conditions on a regular basis, a smaller board may be best....and would handle well for someone of your height & weight.

My personal experience with this board is that it handled well in all conditions. I used the board for racing and free riding. I'm only 5'4" and I'm not posting my weight for the world to see (!!!), but I'm way lighter than you! The board is stiff, so you need to be on it if you're hitting narrow trails, but you don't have to worry if you hit ice. I'm an east coast rider and the board does well on ice....given it's not a metal board.

Regarding bindings, I don't have bindings to go with the board, but just search this site and you'll find someone selling bindings.

I hope this info is helpful. Everyone has an opinion about boards, but I don't think there are any right or wrong rules about what to ride. It just comes down to how you ride and what you like to ride.:)

To balance the replies, I'd like to say there will be a bunch of Legend women racing! Make sure you say hello at the start. Regarding Noah's comment "remember...be nice to your officials...know the rulebook. and please no protests! on the other hand, you are welcome to buy us beer at the Incline Bar..." Be nice...only if the course is good! Protest....just to give them a hard time! and don't buy them any beer....it won't change your standing! Just kidding. Noah is awesome at Nationals. I'm looking forward to seeing Steve at the start gate!

I live near Wachusett Mtn and went to Butternut in the summer to pick-up a chairlift chair....they were selling a bunch of old chairs. Anyway, it looked like a great place to ride.
