  1. Sidecut radius on the Prior? And do you know the weight range?

Unfortunately I don't know that information because the numbers that were written on the top sheet have worn off. I'd say the sidecut is more of a GS style board than a slalom board. I'm not sure about the weight range either but I weigh 200lbs and I didn't have any problems with it... I just haven't used it in a few years so its just been sitting in storage. I can send you pictures if you're interested. Let me kmow.

I really might have to set this board up for next season and ride it to give a more detailed description.

  2. Your foot is shorter than mine and I wear that exact shell.

My foot is very wide and I have a very high instep.

I'm not trying to stop a sale just letting you know a bootfitter (I haven't needed one) can expand a smaller shell but they really can't shrink one too large.

No worries, and thanks for the info. I was just messaging Maxlanaudiere about the boots and I'm just curious what size foot do you have Lonbordin in cm and what size street shoe do you wear?

Here's a sizing chart for UPZ's I found in another thread.

  3. Have you measured your foot ? I'm wearing size 12 and according to Stratton's boot fitter I should use 28-28.5 shell.

Very interested. In fact I'd like to be First in line shipping to upstate New York Cadyville.

I measured my foot on a piece of paper and I'm 11" & 3/16" which converts to a 28.42 cm. That's just over 11 inches but I also have a wide foot. My foot fits in the shell but it doesn't fit in the shell with the liner.

  4. For sale - UPZs - Virus Limited Edition MP28 (Black)

I really wanted these boots to work out for me but they ended up being too small. I wear a street shoe size of 11. The shells are brand new, never been used and the liners are Deeluxe liners MP28, molded one time.

The boots have the following markings on the shells:

THE UPPER SHELL IS MARKED 8.5-12.5

THE LOWER SHELL IS MARKED 8.5-9.5

ON THE OUTSIDE NEAR THE HEEL THEY ARE MARKED 312 MILLIMETERS

Let me know if you have any questions. $350 plus shipping.

  5. I've got a few boards in my quiver that are collecting dust...

Coiler AM 172 - (Non Metal) This board is in excellent condition with some minor surface scratches on the top sheet, the base is in great shape too. It was tuned up so the edges are sharp but a little rusty from sitting the last couple of years. I emailed Bruce and he said the board was built for 185 lb rider with a 12m sidecut. $400

Prior 4x4 174 - I've ridden this board a dozen times and it's got a larger sidecut for making wide turns so unfortunately it's not getting much use here on the east coast unless you go to Okemo or Bretton Woods. $300

Burton Baron 167 - It's got some surface scratches and minor dings in the tail but it's only cosmetic and doesn't affect the ride. $175

Pair of yellow Burton Race Plates - SOLD
