  1. The RC10 are iron stiff and if they fit perfectly with your feet everything is super otherwise you'll have a lot of trouble.

ATB are too soft for a lot of people who had used them.

The 8 are the right ones for non competitors high level carvers.

Head are quite stiff , NW .900 are very expensive, impossible to find but wonderful.

A lot of rumors about Dal Bello Krypton but they are very stiff too.

What are the 8s? I'm in the market for new boots. Thanks for any feedback.

  2. I have to say this board is absoluetly amazing!!! This is my first season on it and I am blown away. I ride VT and it handles every conditon and any size turn. I was in Utah in Feb and it ripped-steeps,12+ inches of powder, late day crud. It floated just fine. It is so smooth and never washes out. Kudos to Bruce!!! Just my opinion. :biggthump

  3. Does anyone have 26 or 27 Mondo Boots?. I'm a beginner and this will be my first set of hard boots. I measured my foot at between a 26.8 to 27.2 so I'm open to try either size.

    Thanks

I have a brand new pair of Track 325s size 27. I used them for half a day.

  4. Watch what liner you put in the white 700's. I wear 27's and found the black TF liners were not stiff enough, or had enough volume. Put my gray TF liners from my spare AF600's in and had a way better fit.

Jim I had the same experience. The older gray liners from my AF600s fit better-more volume.

  5. I have been riding AF600's for the last few years and just purchased the Track 325's. I tested them indoors mounted in my bindings and it seems the range of motion, feel, and overall flex of the 325's are very limited compared to my AF600's. The 325's almost feel stiff or more like a ski boot. I was going to buy the 700's but thought they would be to stiff. Going by this comparison the 700's will probably flex more consitant like my AF600's. Any input/help would be great. Thanks.

  6. Hey Sandy,

Can you show that full rocker in detail?

Here is my newest creation from Bruce, she's a VSR 177 M+ with the 2011 nose. I named her "Mahani" (surfer babe) and she will get a chance to show me her bottom turns at Whistler / Blackcomb this weekend.

    STOKED!

    Algunderfoot,

Awesome lookn ride. I put my order in for a 171 VSR Med, can't wait. What type of bindings are you going with?

  7. I know there are many posts on the following boards but I'm trying to finalize my purchase before the $$$ finds its way to other places. I don't have the ability to demo these boards before buying. I am torn between the Prior FLC and Coiler VSR, the NSR and the Donek Metal FC run a close second. Mostly ride Stratton and Hunter mtn. I LOVE to carve but also ride entire mtn. I have a powder board so I'm covered there. I ride the fall-line after the corduroy is gone. My specs in mind are 169/19.5-20w. I have always ridden a Nidecker GS173 but I'm looking to downsize a tad and go metal. Any input would be great. Thanks to all.
