bjvircks
Yeah, right... free stuff... don't we all ! I'm hoping to find a set of bindings to have on hand should my girlfriend want to try hardbooting. I don't want to lay out a lot of cash for a set of bindings that may not get used right away. (we are in Iowa) She would probably try out hardbooting on her burton board and so a 3D disk seems the thing to do. She's athletic but reserved and so I don't think for trying it out she would need a very robust binding. TDs, Catek etc would be way overkill. Well used (but not used-up or abused) would be fine. If she finds she likes it and wants to dump her softie setup I'll probably give her my Burton race plates and pick up a set of TDs for myself. ANYBODY GOT STUFF IN THEIR CLOSET/GARAGE/BASEMENT THAT NEEDS TO GO BUT NOBODY WILL BUY AND YOU DON"T WANT TO THROW IT OUT???? TALK TO ME!!! Galen
I've got a pair of Burton Carrier's you could have for 25.00 + shipping (about 4.00 for priority mail). They are Burtons weakest bindings, so you would'nt want to use them if your over 140 lbs.
bjvircks
Thanks for the response. The carriers sound like they are in the ballpark and I'll give them every consideration! How about we give this post a few days for others to respond? If I get something for Dawn early season I'd like to have them in my hands no later than Dec 8.
