skategoat
Hagen: Got your email. Thought I'd respond here since a get-together seems to be in the works. Mid-week for beers sounds good but I may have missed something - what week are we talking about here? Henry
Hagen
I'm talking about this coming week (i.e. starting Nov. 7th). Hagen.
skategoat
Okay, then let's get organised. I'm thinking Charlotte Room (best pool hall in Toronto) - shoot some pool, drink some beers, tell lies. Charlotte Room, 19 Charlotte Street, east of Spadina, between King and Adelaide. Near the Mountain Equipment Co-op. Hagen might be interested in doing some shopping there. 7:30 start on Wednesday? Let's have a show of hands. mnovak
Charlotte sounds good. I'm in for Wednesday the 9th. Cheers, Mark
Hagen
Sounds good to me. I'll try to find that place... ...and not get lost (or spend all my money) at the Mountain Equipment Co-op. Hagen.
ARCrider
I may be able to make Wed.9, probably stop by the MEC being so close. anyone close by Sporting Life want to get a free tune form and mail it to me. or is there a way to go about it online
pm_wizard
I went into the Source on Yonge Street and they referred me to the website. You get a free wax http://www.sportinglife.ca/Programs/Stores/freehotwax/ Print off the coupon and take it in to the store. That easy, but no grind as far as I can see. JohnO'Brien
Hello Hagan, I am going to ATI for a meeting on Tuesday. I do contract work for them and am just finishing off a project. I live just arround the corner from ATI so if you need any local restaurants for lunch or a good pub that is close let me know. John
Linus
I don't think this is not what skategoat was talking about. I think most of us know about free wax with coupon. Maybe that offer is only from the west mall store.
skategoat
Here's the coupon I got in my e-mail. The blacked out part had my name and phone number on it. To clarify, there was a form at the checkout which gave you a choice of ski tuneup, snowboard, discounts, other stuff I can't remember in exchange for your e-mail address. I signed up 3 email accounts and I only received one coupon so maybe they had second thoughts about the promotion. Maybe ask for a manager. That usually works and you probably know that Sporting Life is pretty good with customer service. My wife took my Prior in for a much needed tune today and handed them the coupon with no probs.
