Gecko
Anyone here play'd this yet??? without snow I am addicted to SSX3 (on tour hasn't come to the PX yet) I've gone so far as to delete my saved games so that I can play over (and over and over)...I always do much better at the racing than I do at the freestyle but that may just be the race junkie in me because I am not very good in real gates
Alex Walters
All I know is that the first SSX had Alpine boards... God I wish I haddn't gotten rid of that game, it rocked.

Yes SSX Tricky did as well, then they did away alpine boards for SSX 3...it was cool in that they actually put the Physics for a square tail in too...I just got my copy of "SSX on Tour" and will be trying it out tonight

Let me know how it is, I've been thinking about picking up a copy but I'm cheap so I'll probably just get a used SSx or Tricky. Also us know if they brought back the alpine boards (I doubt it but I'm hopeful)

Guest Randy S.
My son has SSX Tricky for PS2. I love that there are alpine boards. However, he's pointed out that the twin-tip boards are faster because you can ride them switch. He always kicks my butt at that game.
