Colorado: Pretty much all the northern resorts

Vermont: Killi/Pico, Okemo

NY: Windham, Hunter, Iceface

NJ: Managed to claw my way through Mt. Creek once!

Minnesota: can’t remember the name. Ya.

Israel: Mt. Hermon. This was the only place I got to do so right after patrol duty 😄

I started with France, close to the UK and well marketed here. It's an obvious place for "Alpine Snowboarding". Later I discovered Powder magazine and therefore the US and Canada and the helicopters there. I tend to end up revisiting the same resorts a fair bit, but with the good ones does make sense.

I have walked over Vitosha in the summer,  also spent summer time in the observatory above Pamporovo, plus I've been to a bunch more ski resorts in the summer for whatever reason.

I guess you can see why there may be different perspectives on things.

Well, those first 4 countries were parts of my native Yugoslavia and all those resorts were within only 4-8 hrs drive from Belgrade... 

I also lived in South Africa, that explains Tiffindel.

California: Sugar Bowl,  Boreal, Tahoe Donner, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Sierra at Tahoe, Kirkwood, Mt. Rose, Northstar, Dodge Ridge, Bear Valley, June Mountain, Mammoth, Big Bear, Snow Summit, Snow Valley, Mt. Baldy, Mt. High

Utah: Snowbird, Solitude, Brian Head

Of these, I had the best time at June Mtn, Kirkwood and Brian Head, but all are memorable in their own way.

Heli in Valdez, Bela Coola, Chile, NZ, the Cariboos, Utah.  Best but scariest was Valdez; on the other end of the spectrum was the ultra-lame Wiegele.
