skategoat
Me and a carving buddy are planning to be there this Thursday if it's not a total blizzard or some other freak weather phenomenon. Will probably warm up on Promenade and stick to the Moonstone side most of the day. BTW, tried to ride Blue today. I felt like I was at Whistler - pouring rain. Rob-CanCarve
Goat: Might be a possibility. I have heard that we might be getting a large snowstorm, but with the weather we have been experiencing who knows. I will confirm on Wednesday. All the best, Rob
Gabe T
Would love to ride during a weekday, but after taking a week off to go to Whistler, I'll have to wait until this weekend. Look forward to getting back on the carving board, as sadly due to the sub par conditions out west, I ended up spending most of my time in soft boots. Rob, I guess you're out for the weekend then? Rob-CanCarve
Gabe: I am in for this weekend - which day are you thinking about. The weather keeps shifting - now it looks like Sunday will be the nicer day. Talk to you tomorrow. Rob
Gabe T
Rob, I might try to get up on both days. I plan to head up on Saturday. I think Kevin will be there as well. Gabe
skategoat
You guys missed a great day. Hard, fast snow. Nobody there. Wide open ripping.
Gabe T
Hey Henry, Well, I guess it's good to hear conditions should be decent for the weekend. Yeah, it's nice getting out during a week day. Took a day off work a few weeks ago and it was pretty nice avoiding the crowds. Weekday riding probably out of the question for the rest of the season, but I'd be in for some weekday riding next season if you let me know. skategoat
It was icey in spots. It was a good thing I had my new Coiler. What a thing of beauty. You guys with all your Coilers have been cheating all along! Two of us played hooky today: We'll definitely do some riding next season.
