Dave* Posted December 10, 2003 Report Share Posted December 10, 2003 Got a line on a Nidecker Project TM 168 Its the nidecker BX stick with a 25.5 waist n around a 9m cut Any good for plates with about a 210 pound lump of human on top? How compare to say oxygen supercross/santacruz TBX/Salomon FRS/ F2 eliminator . Also any input on the Nidecker Proto freecarve? Kirk Posted December 11, 2003 Report Share Posted December 11, 2003 Rode the 167 Proto (2002 model) a few times. Very nice ride!Holds an edge nicely on the pack and floats the pow quite well too. Tried to work it on and off trail as much as possible and was pretty impressed. Has a relatively tight radius (about 8.9 m I think), so it comes around pretty quick, but more forgiving flex than an SL. My $.02.
