P06781
Palmer was excellent in the morning, highly recommended! However it got soft by 1130am and felt like it was June (with less snow). If palmer isn't open I would stay home (the mile sucked and was rocky). Pics to follow. Rode with Eric and saw one other hardbooter. Talked to a gal on softies that liked carving and had a setup but wasn't riding that day ...MT's wife ? jason_watkins
I think MT and family are off at bachelor, so that was probibly someone else.
Mike T
Even with "early season conditions" we had a blast at Bachelor. I *finally* got to ride my Madd 170 yesterday. Wow, what a great ride! Not sure I like it better than my Coilers though... I'll need more time on both Coilers and the Madd to decide. I was definitely suprised at how soft the Madd is... feels softer on snow than when hand-flexing. D-Sub, it was good meeting you and getting some turns in together. We'll probably be back in a couple of weeks since it doesn't look like MHM is going to be good for a while...
jason_watkins
Ohh, just to add for local interest: I hear selected Shell gas stations are giving out bachelor coupons for $10+ of gas purchased.
