They are all have a few days of training on them, however because i do not have a plate at the moment, I have no use for them. the cant disks are: 1 - 6 degree 2 - 3 degree 1 - 0 degree For the brief time i had with them on the plate system, the ride was unbelievably smooth and I felt very comfortable with the board underneath me.
