Guest Ken D
How bad are we? I am heading to Jay Peak on Sunday and have heard some awful reports about the conditions EVERYWHERE from that semi Nor easter that just past. Any input would be great! CarvCanada
drive the extra 4 hours to Mont Sainte Anne! I was supposed to go to Jay on Thursday, but it was cancelled because of freezing, pouring rain. Before thursday the conditions were awesome, I don't know about now. mirror70
I don't know how Jay is (I think it's 100% open though), but SugarLoaf is awesome as usual.
patmoore
I rode Okemo today and gave up by 1:30. We had torrential rain Thursday night and it froze by morning. The groomers did their best but the only places that weren't crusty were where the snow machines were laying down the fresh stuff. There you had to contend with it coating your goggles. Maybe some of you can carve on that stuff but I spent most of the day skidding. Pat (six years and nine months until I retire in Montana....)
