4 MM Boiler Plate

Plate probably has 2-3 full days on it max. 4 hole assembly. Near mint. Bought mid winter this year.

I'm just not getting the hang of it, my shoulders can't take much more abuse on the learning curve and I need to buy bicycle stuff.
