xacta168
Hi, I have a Hooger Comp SL 154 goofy Asymmetrical snowboard that has never touched the snow as the board has never had the inserts mounted in the board. I am just checking to see if there is any interest in the board and may sell it if the right offer comes along. Please check the pictures and let me know, I wish it was a regular Asym as I would keep it, maybe I will just hang it on the wall if no offers come in. Thanks for looking. Guest
Ah, I forgot about this. Just for informational purposes - how exactly would you go about riding this thing? If I read correctly, there are no inserts in the board? Wouldn't the inserts needed to be placed in the board during construction? I would imagine doing it after construction would make the board weaker? So..is this just a wall-board?
two_ravens
Too bad I don't have money - I have the Hooger Booger board bag to match! Oh well, the bag HAS touched snow, and a lot of other things too, so not the pristine condition to equal the board. Beautiful board though - hope it finds a good home! xacta168
I do have a Hooger Booger booster 170 that also did not have the inserts factory installed either, I did have SkiPro install inserts into that board and it has worked out great. ibrussell
You used to drill and tap the holes 5 bolt pattern then. Then mount with sheet metal screw like skis. So you needed to know what angles you liked. Charlie:biggthump
www.oldsnowboards.com
ACE did you pick this up? I do have allot of asym boards, most are not currently accessable though. I am always looking for NOS vintage snowboards to add to the collection. Thanks, Bryan
