RideGuy
I have a measured 27.3cm foot I'm putting into a size 26 Deeluxe 325T. The moldable liner that came with it has too much volume. My Fischer ski boots are the most comfortable boots I own. Came with semi moldable liners size 26.5. I popped them in my 325T's and while carpet surfing they fell awesome! Is there any issues with doing this? If this works out where can I get another pair of liners like the ones that came with my Fischers? They are 2010 Soma X-90s. Sinecure
If they fit, then go for it. You may need to pad the liner a little in spots if there's any gaps. Have you molded the stock liners? If not, you should have someone do it who knows what they're doing (and use toe caps).
BobD
The issue I've had with ski boot liners (including Fischer race liners) in hard boots is that the plastic stiffener on the liner tongue, tends to press into the ankle when the boot is flexed. I think this is because the liner wasn't designed to be flexed that far forward. You may not be flexing on the carpet, as hard as you will while riding. If it works for you though, go for it. RideGuy
Thanks guys, I'm going to give it a go. Sinecure, They were not even wearable before I molded them. I used a good toe cap, but they are just too tight.
