Dave,

You may want to look into these Full Tilt boots. http://fulltiltboots.com/boots/booter-jr

They come in a 23.5 and seem to have some pretty cool features like a moldable liner.

I am going to get KarverKai the Growth Spurt boots soon as they have some cool features as well.
