Odd Job
In powder conditions (well not deep west coast powder, but on a snow day on the east coast) (Yes i did use the search function and found a thread similar to this titled something like "carving on softer snow") Is carving possible at all (using a softboot setup. NeverSummer Heritage 160cm with 30/15 positive angles) I can do quick transitions. But anything resembling full c turn arcs with the g forces pilingon me = wash out. And in all honestly, carving doesn't feel stable at all. Is this a condition thing, or should I be able to rail it out in softer stuff? Asking because I know if you're good enough, you can rail it out on pure ice. But ice is hard... etc, just wondering. I've been resorting to getting my thrills on powders days on mogul runs :)
