grock5 Posted March 8, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 8, 2010 ... is yes, as unlike Palmer plates, you're mounting the plates first onto the board, then you're mounting the bindings onto the plates. (The palmer plates, you're mounting the bindings onto the board using a bolt extender.) Please let me know if you have any other questions!
