Tim Kienitz
Had a blast at the Snes! Thanks Neil and everyone who helped organize and run the event. Also thanks to June Mountain for their support. It was really nice of them to go out of the way and do mid day grooming. I really enjoyed meeting new faces and riding with my old carving friends. Now I’ve got to ride more now that my knee is better. Get well George! Tim

ZetaTre
Thanks Loc!!! Is there a way to download the pix in full res? Maybe in bulk....
Loc
Thanks Loc!!!Is there a way to download the pix in full res? Maybe in bulk.... On top of each photo there's a button labeled "All-sizes" that will lead you to a higher res version. I'll create a big zip file of all the photos for downloading after I finish uploading to the gallery. Pictures from Sunday should be a lot crisper since I switched to a lens with more reliable focus. I hope to see some of these in the Personal Best Carving Photos thread :D

Well, with the brand new Coiler 160 VSR I received today and bindings I bought where I don't have to fuss with my rear toe bail perhaps my riding and my back shall improve:)

I might have to copy Neil and start using that neoprene mask. I've got the worst windburn on my lips, ever! I look like a damn leper now. Frank Morales
Loc,Thanks for taking all the pics my Go Pro footage didn't come out that great. Not having a zoom, you would have to ride to close for comfort to get a good close up.I guess I'll have to practice tailgating. gdboytyler
2nd set from Day 1: http://www.flickr.com/photos/loc_nguyen/sets/72157623629106827/detail/ Now I have footage showing I was the downhill rider during the minor incident when the skier ended up in the fence:eek: I'm just glad no damage was incurred on Loc's VSR. Oh, and the skier was ok also.
carvingchef
i can argue with that, you might have been the downhill rider before the accident but she was riding down straight while you did 2 more turn making you the uphill rider at the time of the accident, answer this, how could you be downhill from her if you hit the back of her skis? doesn't that make you higher then she was? Wolfman
I had such an amazing time. I rode Mammoth last weekend. Lots of wind, but Dave's Run was awesome. I tested the Coda and it beat me up a bit, more about that later. I rode my powder board the rest of the weekend. About to post a new thread to the board for the weekend of April 17th and 18th. Would be fun to see all of you again. Until then. Rolf aka Wolfman

Hey John
Loc, Those photos were excellent. Much better than I'd normally get from my point & shoot, which in similar conditions, would be dark silhouette of the subject. Thanks for bringing all the camera equipment to the slopes.
