Dave ESPI
I have one. Its locked n loaded... ready to shoot some slopes in Aspen :) Durable, but has a textured surface, so stickers don't sitck to it very well :(
pebu
You don't want to stick any Bomber stickers to a case that goes through airline security anyway...
Dave ESPI
You don't want to stick any Bomber stickers to a case that goes through airline security anyway... wow, VERY GOOD POINT ! Corey
Awesome cases. Mine's been shipped across the continent a few times with only scrapes to show for it. They're big though, you end up paying more to ship than if you made your own box from a bike box or similar.
jp1
Bought one for a western trip after reading the airlines waivers. It is a nice piece, but the Airline Gorillas managed to dent it, poke a hole in it and destroy the TSA Cable Lock the first trip !

Pat Donnelly
Via FedEx I have used zip strips rather than locks. For TSA I have used carbiner type from Tractor Supply; was meant for farm / lawn mower implements.
philw
Just came across this. Had one for years - 10 years? I was sick of the old soft bags which could be destroyed in a single trip (two of mine were). This one has been around the world several times, thrashed to death, sat on, all that stuff, and it's still fine. My oldest piece of snowboarding gear. They do take stickers. I think it originally came with a lock but I just use a pin with a circlip which works fine. I have a spare taped by the handle in case that one goes AWOL, but it's never happened. What's not to like? Well they're a fraction wide so slightly harder to wheel than they could be. They're also difficult to open and close; not a huge issue, but can be a pain at airport security etc. I marked with permanent marker the places I like to close it, which works well for me. Occasionally it will come off the line with a dent in it, but they poke out again with no long term effects.
