Guest Tim Tuthill
Hey guys and girls. Do we have a Burner expert amoung us? How many of these boards were made? How many 178'S in the US? I have one 178 and a friend has another. I know these boards were sent to Europe and Japan and are the last in the line?? I know that Mark Fawcett was involved in the design. Tom Sims knows nothing about them. He had licensed to co by then. Sure would like to know. Tim
pokkis
I'm not sure anyone knows how many those are/were made, specially cause now it looks that new ones are available again in Europe and with quite reasonable priced. There were also few longer, 178 and 188, earlier but still 167's are pretty cheap. Here is link for 99EUR 167 Burners in eBay, plese tell reagds from me :D 167 Burners in eBay Also other colors/year models looks to be made in Austria cause both mine greenish 188's are made there, most propably 2003. The red ones should be from 2004, color is really cool, i had 178 but sold it but my wife has now 167 on red. btw my old red one 178 is visible in "The Carver strikes back" film in Zinal and in Oppdal on board camera sections :D as well 188 greenish in my avatar :D
