Had a slight issue with a board they made for me and after some fair offers by them they agreed (with no cohersion I might add) to do a rebuild. I changed my mind through an evolution of thinking so many times that I should have had them on speed dial! They took it all in stride and they are now building a board that is exactly to my specs. and desires. Can't say enough good about their sales guy Chris Clark...VERY accommodating and courteous. Took pictures of my board before shipping to make sure I was ok with it. Very happy with the whole experience. And the board, Metal WCR 173, is really something.
