EZE
There was no place to put it at the new house so I sold it this summer:( I think lawn chairs and cold sandwiches work best, then no one has to man the hot coals. Unless someone has one of those nice little gas grills. It will ne NH vacation week but it will not be nearly as crowded as a weekend, hopefully. EZE
Now Five days out and prediction of Sunny Skies highs in low 30s. Tuesday night temps in the high teens low 20s. Should set up nicely and be firm for the morning at least. I called yesterday to see how much it would cost to buy Lynx for the day. Unfortunately they have it reserved for college race training. fishrising
Planning on coming and putting my 4 year old daughter in ski school for the day. Yes, ski school, I am a firm believer of skis before boards for the little ones.
EZE
About 10 inches right now going to snow till midnight. Wednesday is supposed to be the best day this week, sunny highs in low 30s. Every other day is cloudy or snowing. Yesterday was packed to the brim with those nice people from Mass. Today was very quiet actually made it till 10:30am. Everyone was either at church or scared of the afternoon drive home. Snow was incredible, gripy and trenchs about 1.5 to 2.5 inches deep with a great sub-base. The 25th could turn out to be the epic day of the season. We're supposed to top out tonight at possibly 14 inches with another couple coming tomorrow. It is heavy wet snow. EZE
EZE
More like dense pack medium. Snowblower went trhough it fine and it should set up for a wonderful base.
EZE
Lows tonight in the low teens. Setting up for a firm base. Wed. calls for bright sun early with high clouds filtering in for the afternoon. Highs in the low 30s for the day. Even though it is NH vacation week they are opening the lifts at 9am. Se whomever tomorrow:) EZE
fishrising
it is NH vacation week Now I am worried, how crowded will it be, NH vacation week, plus 2 for 1? I am putting my daughter in ski school for the day. Decisions, decisions, decisions...Sunapee with everyone or Stratton??? Anyway, where would I find everyone? What are the go to lifts and runs at Sunapee?
Jeffrey Day
Hi Ben, We meet up in the Sunapee Lodge around 8:30. When driving into the main parking lot, Sunapee Lodge is the far lodge near the Sunapee Express Quad chair. We use 1 of 3 chairs throughout the course of the day. The North Peak triple & the Sunapee Express are the 2 chairs that we use that you can see from the parking lot. And then we also use the Sunbowl Quad, which you can get to from either the Express or the triple. Hope to see you there!
