refried
I broke one of my favorite boards yesterday, my 163 3800, not doing anything but a nice heelside turn and the tail just washed out. I made a couple more runs and put the board away thinking it was in need of a good tune, but when I got home I saw the cracked topsheet and could see the bulge in the base, the core cracked at the rear binding. What should I replace it with? besides another one. I ride Malamutes with Cateks, weigh over 200 and am not easy on boards.

Loc
How about one of the new metal WCR decks? http://www.bomberonline.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=24496
Dan
What kind of conditions are you going to use it for? An all-around board? A "there's some powder but not enough for a swallowtail" board?
Chris
Have a look at Prior's line up. If it's a powder board you want there are several choices. The Spearhead might be a replacement worth considering. If you have the funds, a custom build would be in order for durability considering your weight/aggresive riding style. Buell
refried, I've seen your quiver shots. I would assume you have owned and ridden more freeride and powder decks than most of us here.
