Fleaman Posted January 22, 2009 Report Share Posted January 22, 2009 I have ridden intecs for a few years now and am getting mixed messages on how to set them up. One person says that all the weight should be on the ears or the small pins on the fin tecs and other people say the weight should be on the large retractable pins with the ears on the down slope of the receiver. Posted January 22, 2009 Report Share Posted January 22, 2009 Fleaman, have you read this thread? http://www.bomberonline.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=23872 I was confused by this also but if you look at the pics the small front pins can't contact the horizontal surface of the heel reciever but they are in contact with the angled edge so they would bear some downward load as Jack says.
