She even did some spare parts for my yellowish TD3's and FinTEC Heels in my sendingbox I requested for, though those parts aren't for sale through the website yet. I can only imagine how busy they were trying to ship all the orders they could before the holidays. Yet they managed to find the time to ship me a replacement part right away. (they even included an additional part that I did not expect) This is not the first time I received exceptional warranty service from Bomber. They have earned another loyal customer.
