Guest Boardbum
Based on the team, it speaks well for eastern Canada, the adverse conditions make all round better boarders and skiers
Neil Gendzwill
Or perhaps it merely speaks for 2/3 of the country's population living in Ontario and Quebec. Besides, the only one there from the East is Kristin-Joseph D'Eon.
Gtanner
I used to race with Kristin (and kicked his butt a few times for the record) when I lived back east. Good kid, lots of potential. He hangs out here once and awhile under the name DEON. -Gord
Guest Boardbum
I always thought of anyone from Ontario and further to be east, especially if your in BC
philfell
On paper a lot of east coasters, but in reality most of them train in Alberta or did so before they went to the world cup team. Marc Ballard runs a pretty good program up there.
SuperBee
Phil, Don't forget those Quebecer that all went through Pat Gaudet program first, before their National Team selection: JJ, Christelle, Caroline, Cody, Adam, Lilian, Ariane, Constance. ( + Phil Berube on "retirement" list but still 3rd Canadian ) Lilian, Ariane & Constance were still training with Pat last year. I would take that team anytime. yyzcanuck
Mark's program alumni (if I'm not mistaken) includes Matt Morison and Michael Lambert. Mark is MJB online here at Bomber. I'm not sure if Patrik is a member here but here's a link to his FIS biography. As mentioned above, many alumni to his credit. SuperBee
Adam McLeish is now register in Great Britain team. He probably has double nationality...
