Sugarloaf is visible in the distance, look between the 2 trees in the foreground. Bigelow range is off to the right. larger version: http://www.jmphotocraft.com/IraMountainView.jpg
Frenchy_in_SD
Hi Jack ! What are the specs of this gem ? Will you make it carvers friendly ? :) Blue sky Didier
Jack M
no, it's a piece of real estate, near my favorite eastern US mountain, Sugarloaf. See the link at the top of my post. Although I think if I had 700 large to blow on a 2nd home, it would be right on the slopes. Buuuut with Powerball winnings I suppose I could have both. Frenchy_in_SD
Jack, Not sure how much it would be but if you win Powerball why not buy Sugarloaf instead ??? :D:D:D And make it carver friendly.... Anyway, great view from the house. And huge place compared to real estate in southern CA... Blue sky Didier

Mike T
I buy a Powerball ticket anytime the pot gets to be about 4x the value of Mt Bachelor! (Lump sum = about half the pot, then pay taxes... leaves just enough to buy it)
