Sailman
I thinking about change my old Burton Factory prime 167 for a F2 Silberpfeil 2008. The thing is I weight 145 lbs (66 Kg), 5'10" and mondo 27,5 for my weight F2 suggest a 162, but I can't find any in my area. I found a 168 but on the paper specs it's said for 70Kg+. What do you think about a 168 ? it will be too stiff for me ? Can I have any problem ? Thank's for your answer
carv
hi Nicolas, I had ridden F2 Silberfeil 168 during 2005-2006 season, and I had to repalce it with something more stiff, since the silberfails are extremaly soft boards, so if you are looking for a slower rinding style and tight turns , the 168 Silberfeil will suit you well, however, you will find it less stable at the higher speed. I am 5'9 , 175 pounds and it was way too soft for me, but considering your weight you should be fine. Hopefully this post will help you make the right decision. wojtek
Chris Houghton
Ride it first if you can, but I agree it should be OK for your weight. Maybe Sharks has a demo?
Sailman
Thank's, I forgot to said before I want to carve at fast speed instead of extremely fast speed. Because the factory prime is extremely fast and need really high speed to carve. Thank's for your answer, I appreciate.
