New bindings or "new" board????

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I am looking at getting a board to compliment my Donek. This will not be a new board, but a newish used one. I have around $300 to spend.

My question is; Should I get a board or put the money into new modern bindings (I have some Catek world cups) and retire my old ones? Are my WC's still "good" or a liability?

New boots won't address the interface between your foot and the boot shell, same ol same ol, stick some zips in your current shell

or not

they won't pack out, they won't be cold, they won't let your heel move ever

what size reactors?

I have 28's and am looking to trade for 26's

for metal or even without those tomahawks are the **** and that's a fair price if the condition is good

also those customs of Phil Burube's are probably good rides without the metal.

Yeah, I was thinking about one of Phil's boards, I hadn't seen the Tomahawk thread though, THANKS!!!!!
