They are in excellent condition (two months use) with brand new pivot cups and brand new Tracker black hourglass/cone bushing sets. NO SPEED RINGS. $30 for both or $16 each plus shipping (USA / Canada only). Hangars have NOT been faced and axles are 5/16" standard.
