Newbee need help in Boise area.

Howdy!

As I was looking up from my 10th face plant at Bogus, a hardbooter goes carving by doing exactly what I want to do. Carve, and not skid, slide, and slip. I would have chased him down to ask him where he got his set up but he was long gone by the time I got to my feet and continued on.

It didn't take long to find this website and find what I have been looking for. I am really sorry I got into the soft boot investment before seeing what I should be doing.

Now for the help. I live in the Boise area and was wondering if there are any retailers in the area that stock the necessary equipment? I have no problems with mail order but I sure would like to touch and feel equipment before laying down the cash, especially since I am a newbee. If there aren't any retailers near by, just how far would I have to go to find one (reno would be worth the drive!)
