Mike T
The first day is the "Ski for Schools" benefit - $15 tix in advance, $20 day of. Season passes are NOT good on benefit day. If the 10" forecast for tonight becomes reality the base will be about 3' which would be an awesome Opening Day. C'mon snow... I really don;t want to ride my rock board! Mike T
Conditions update: Friday had horrid grooming, death cookies from hell. They chose poor grooming over exposing dirt and rocks on the runs. Saturday the grooming was slightly better and the temps warmed up. Today, it rained. The lifts stopped early. Tomorrow is going to SUCK if at least 6" don't fall overnight. In fact if they don't get some snow overnite I would not be surprised to see them closed tomorrow. However 18+" is in the forecast between tomorrow and Thanksgiving so don't despair! If They really need about 18" to get out of "rock boards only" territory. I was able to use non-rock gear without incident only by staying in the mddel of runs that I knew were like a golf course underneath.
