Perhaps refreshing their bid w/o understanding the system. Doesn't appear they were inflating the price....just stupid consecutive bids. Still way below what is needed to make it a "hot item"...and the winning bid is way below the % of the last minute mark-ups by other buyers. The 2nd....who are you saying in shilling? Old snowboards?
