1. Not to turn the thread back to PTC but I was there this afternoon and Mike put his new tune on my MADD. It is the one that I think that Scott got on his Donek and it is phenominal. Mike calls it the striped bass and if you get it you will be beside yourself with excitement. You might need a depends diaper, you will wet yourself. It is nothing less then extraordianry. I recommend anyone who has not sent their board to Mike to get it done. It will change your riding, guaranteed. ->Ben
2. You can use 10-32 but please replace the tee nuts in the boot heel with a 10-32. Then you'll be fine. Always use the correct bolt for this application.
3. Replaced mine with hex head bolts. They are M5 x 20mm stainless cap screws. You need part #92290A242 from www.mcmaster.com. They are $6.60 for a pack of 25 if you are interested in getting them online. ->Ben
4. Anyone got any of these? Maybe an old pair of boots. Any size will do I'll take the buckles all off your hands. Please email me at ben - at - bogeydog.net if you have any that you would be willing to part with. Thanks, ->Ben
5. Yes, they are Raichle. But if you are not interested then oh well. Thanks for the reply.
6. Jerry, Would you be willing to trade them for a pair of very new AF 700s with Thermo liners size MP 28? ->Ben
7. There were really no others on the hill in the mornings but some skiiers filtered in towards the afternoon. But for the most part, there was really no one else on the hills all week until Friday. But even when there were people on the slopes it was pretty easy to find room. Overall a really great week of carving. We got a little bit of eveything that you could want. sun, powder, hardpack, steeps. Whatever you could think of to carve we got it last week.
8. The cants have been sold. Thanks, ->Ben
9. I have 4 new SB cant mechanisms for sale. These are for the Raichle SB series boots. Two small and two large that are grey in color. More info here They sell them here on bomber for $5 a piece but I will take $15 for all 4. That includes shipping. Please email me at ben -at- bogeydog.net if you are interested. Thanks, ->Ben
10. Well candlepins are cool. I don't know about that "other" kind of bowling.
11. And I carry it in this Worked out great and you can carve fine with it on your back. I can understand being apprehensive about carving with a $1200 camera on your back but what's point of having a camera that you don't take pictures with? You need to take some chances and when was the last time that you crashed on your back on a carving board? ->Ben Pictures should be on the site later.
12. Jamie, are you sure that you want 16mm M6 bolts? The standard ones for the TD1s are 10mm and I have the longer 12mm ones. If you are interested in the 12mm ones please let me know. I have 16 and you can have them for the cost of shipping. ->Ben
13. I think that I have some M6 x 16mm bolts from TD1s but all the hardware on the TD1s is standard and you can get it from www.mcmaster.com. The part number for the M6 bolts that you seek is: 92290A321 It's $6.80 for a pack of 25. But I'll look in my toolbox when I get home and let you know what I have if you are interested. ->Ben
14. I use both Photoshop CS and Photoshop Elements 2.0 and I am by no means an expert but I would think that the photomerge feature in Elements would make quick work of the sequences. I have used it for panaromas from vacation photos and it's super easy to use. Just point and click your way to happiness! I am going to be shooting some carving photos tomorrow and I will report back on the photomerge feature. ->Ben
15. You think it looks good, wait until you ride it! Congrats on your new Coiler.
16. Bryan, they are yours. Can you send me an email at ben-at-bogeydog.net with your shipping addres and such. I had your mailing address on my old computer before it got stolen. Thus I don't have it any longer. Thanks, ->Ben
17. Yup, they will fit both of those. I take Paypal if that works for you. ->Ben
18. They are a light grey actually. They only fit the AF series which is the 600,700 Raichle and the Indy and Susuka Deeluxe. They will not fit the first year AF series which had the single piece tongue. They will not fit the 324. Sorry. ->Ben
19. I have a Deeluxe AF series race kit that is still new in the plastic for sale. This is the large size for 28-30.5 boots. I am looking for $40 and that includes the shipping. Please email me at ben-at-bogeydog.net if you are interested. More info about these can be found here Thanks, ->Ben
20. Yup, I just went down to the board humidor, pulled out my AM and weighed it. I agree that the packaging would add some weight but the bare board weighs 7.5 lbs. Add your own packaging to come to a final weight. ->Ben
21. Yea, didn't see that. He should go DHL then. UPS is expensive overseas. Don't I feel stupid. BTW, a coiler 177 AM with the 21.5 waist is 7.5 lbs. ->Ben
22. I don't know where you are getting these rates from. One board in a box that is about 180cm should not cost more then $25 to ship anywhere in lower 48. I have shipped many boards via brown and FedEx. None cost more then $25. By far the cheapest way to ship it is via FedEx ground. I think it'll be around $15 bucks.
23. Good job! Awesome articles, they were a good read and quite informative. Thanks Jack. ->Ben
24. Christine and Ben Schurman of Westford, MA. We plan to be there from Sunday to Saturday with the exception of Wednesday.
25. Bob, ski ultra light all the way. It's the only way to fly. Switched a couple of years ago and I will never go back to anything else. I also picked up 5 pairs a Sierra Trading Post just this past week. ->Ben
