  1. This is a 2000 snowboard. The width at the waist is approx. 18.7cm. The width at the tip is approx. 23.7cm and the width at the tail is approx. 23cm. Im sorry i don't know the exact radius.
  2. There is quite a lot more adjustment for larger size boots, when they are at their largest adjustment there is about an inch and a half gap between the binding and boot. The cant is not adjustable. The plates are purchased with the cant. I chose 3 degrees when i first bought the bindings because it was the mid range of what they offered and i didnt know what i would want. The other options at the time were 0 and 6 degree cants. I liked the 3 degree, so when i bought the extra pair i stuck with it. thanks for the questions
  3. For Sale: Used pair of Raichle 223 boots. These boots do not have the thermo-flex lining. They are size 28. I haven't used them for the past 3 seasons. I am asking for $100 plus shipping, but will consider any offer. If you are interested i can e-mail better pictures Thanks for looking
  4. For Sale: Used 183 Tornado GS 183. I don't know a whole lot about this board other than it has been great to ride. Im selling because i have to pay a vet bill. The info on the board says "Tornado GS 2000 electra gallium, Titanium '83" It has some scrapes on the topsheet, but nothing too serious. The base is in good shape, still shows some structure. I can't get a good picture on this but i will e-mail a bunch to anybody who is interested. Im asking $150 plus shipping, but am open to any offers Thanks for looking
  5. Im not positive, the shells that i have been using them are for 28-30.5 boot.
  6. For Sale: One pair of TD1 standard bindings. Included are 2 sets of 3 degree plates, one set of soft (purple) bumpers, one set of hard (red) bumpers, and a bunch of extra bolts and hex wrench. Im asking $115 plus shipping so the total cost would be around $125. Feel free to make an offer though. I cant seem to get a good picture on here, but i would be happy to e-mail one to anybody interested
  7. Just moved to WA from the east coast and was starting to worry that with all this talk about powder i wasnt going to see any fellow hardbooters. Looking forward to making my first west coast turns sunday. I'll be the guy with the Nidecker
  8. I know there have been a lot of threads about this, but they all seem to expect some base level of knowledge about the subject, and am hoping someone is willing to point me in the right direction. I have been riding with a pair of raichle 223's since about 1998 and as the liners have been gettin packed out blisters have become more and more frequent. This year i decided to get a new pair that actually fit. After looking at this message board and talking to some ski shops i learned to measure my feet and found that my mondo size was 26.1 for my left and 26.6 for my right, but are pretty wide feet. So i bought a pair of old but not used Raichle 225's size 26 with the thermofit liners. I could barely get into the boots on before the liners were molded. I took the boots to a shop to get the liners molded (the store only sells telemark equipment so this may be a problem), and after that my left foot (the small one) feels great, like the boot was made just for my foot. My right foot is another story, i completely lost feeling by the time i got to the top of the run. In other threads i have heard poeple write about getting boots punched out and was wondering that this entails. is this actually changing the shape of the shell or is it still manipulating the liner. I can find a store that specalizes in ski racing, or even the Starting Gate in VT isn't too far, but i don't know what to ask for when i get there. Basicly if anyone is willing to give me a 101 on the language of boot fitting it would be much apprecieated. jeff
  9. It seems like these boots are just what i am looking for. Please contact me about payment and shipping information. jddietri@syr.edu Thanks
  10. I am very interested in the Nagano boots, but would like a little more info. Are they compairable to anything currently sold by Deelux? I currently have an old pair of Raichle 223 that have become way too soft for my riding, and am looking for a much stiffer boot. Thanks
  11. Do you have the specs for this board, ie waist width and sidecut radius?
  12. I'm interested. How much are you looking to get for the bombers?
  13. I'm interested in the TD's Could you supply som more info?
  14. Thanks for all of the input. I was mainly concerned if i would do any damage to the board (or myself) and it sounds like it will be fine. I'm going to mount the plates and give it a try later this week.
