  6. This Mono freak will be there, for sure. Be sure to go see the Warren Miller film and see you fruitbooters in all your glory ! I'm hoping the editors are nice to my fellow Mono rider and me. I'm so fortunate to have hooked up with the Hardboot community and to be so welcomed. Maybe I'll break out the Skwal this time around...

I'm in Seattle, so I'd probably get much more use out of the ace and I've only got regular ski boots. If you could send pics of the ace and the bail bindings to bwd0991@gmail.com I'd appreciate it!

  10. I have a Virus Cyborg I could bring out. It has a 14cm waist, is wicked stiff and has 1 1/2" camber...

  13. I have several used ones for sale. P.M. for pics and details
  14. I use poles riding the Mono. I think it would be very difficult without. I also use poles when riding the Skwal or the rare occasion with an Alpine snowboard. Oddly enough, when serious carving on my Virus skis, I find the poles are in the way. I know, weird huh... That's me, a freak among freaks...
  15. Silly boarder, everyone knows Mono's are the fastest...
  16. I would gladly do what I could to help a newbe. It would be different for sure. I use poles. Kinda like you Troy, Freaks among freaks...
  17. Hi Ace, I would be happy to bring the Ace Skwal, (that Sandy so graciously handed me) with some Catek OS 2's mounted for any who might want to try it.
  18. YES Sandy I love it. Thank you so much again. I mostly Mono, occasionally Ski and Skwal. All of which are constantly striving for the best carved turns ever...
  19. Sorry, the early registry was for the cool kids... Just jokin, Early registration was for returnees. It will be open to all this week, I believe
  20. The token MonoDude displaced LCI member is registered and paid. Can't wait to ride the Ace Skwal and my new custom Virus Mono, (to be delivered soon !)
  21. Rented a motor home with 2 friends for a trip from Portland, Oregon to Squaw Valley. Got there and one of those OMG Sierra storms started. Had to go out several times during the night to shovel the roof. over 3 feet had fallen overnight with no end in sight. We were stuck in the parking lot and the lifts weren't turning. It continued for three days. Around 10 FEET total. Had to clear the roof countless times. We never got to make a turn, just sat and drank, three guys stuck in a 24' motor home.. They couldn't open, nobody could get there. The Maintenance Dept. got us more Propane and supplies. When it stopped they plowed us out and we went home. We did catch a day at Mt. Bachelor on the way home.
  22. I'll be back home by the 20th. Leaving again on the 29th. Let me know when you find out. I'll come down and do lunch or something. Or you could come up and check out the new MonoDude pad

    Yo Lci!!

    let's see some handlebar draggin....
  24. Medford is only 80 miles south of me. When are you going to be there ?
  25. I'm going for a ride. Oregon to Northern Idaho to meet my new GREAT Grand babies, then swing down to Denver to visit my mom, then home. Avoiding people and Interstates as best as I can. Then home for a week and off to the North cascades across to Glacier NP. and back with my riding buddies on our 35th Annual ride together. Should be around 7 or 8 thousand miles altogether. Feeding my other addiction... Pavement carving...
