Wow, that's a big plus for our discipline. I know I have converted several jibbers to the dark side over the past several years. I am actually going to try and start distributing some gear through a yet-to-be-named shop in Calgary; however it will take some convincing of said shop to have them see the light. Articles in magazines and follow-up mail comments from carvers will certainly aid my cause…

I like the idea of someone shooting video; however I was disappointed to not see myself in any of the 2007 DVD shots. This year I was lucky enough to catch the photographer during a photo session and I got a money shot that was taped up to the wall at the final banquet. Sweet! It would be really good to publish a meeting place and time to hook up with the shooter. Oh, and BTW, I would definitely pay to get on film again...
