Thats what I was told about this board, apparently when Madd first came out with this board it had this seperation or delamination problem and they fixed it, it does not do anything mechanically bad with it, I think that is why they have the two color sidewalls for this board the red and the green, the red is the earlier models and the green the later. Please if anyone knows anything defenite about this chime in because I am not positive.

Madd 170 for sale, bought last season only rode once, had fresh ptc when I bought it. It has the red sidewall, the board has been repaired where it had delaminated which is hear is common with this board. Would like to get $350.00 for it. Email me at yankssuck99@aol.com for pics and more info.

I've only been up there once this season but I know that if you show your triple A card (if you have it) you get $8.00 off the lift ticket. It's not much but it's somethin.

I think i'm gonna be looking for an older one, (brown top), that is the one that I have ridden and really haven't heard any complaints from anyone about them. So anyone have an older one willing to part with? Or does anyone know how to contact the guy that had the lot of four on ebay? It said there was one that was still ok in that lot, I dropped him an email but he hasn't responded yet. Bob

The more i'm hearing about the newer ones the more i'm shying away from them. The older ones though I haven't heard much bad about them. I'm sure it's going to be harder finding one that is not chewed up but hopefully i'll find one somewhere. Does anyone feel strongly for the new ones?, or have anything real good to say about them?
