You are right. Foot platform has sensors and estimates edge angle. Simulator's software calculates turning carve depending on edge angle, ski radius, and rider's speed at moment of time. And then generates motion of platform to simulate centrifugal force at current speed and turning radius. It also can simulate "bumps" by adding irregularity to platform's movement speed.

If you use bomber reciever with catek binding, it is for your oun risk. If bomber receiver's mounting holes have even a little misalignment with catek's plate holes, then the plate is under the extra unexpected load.

At bomberonline store Nidecker Custom GS is described as the "possibly the best carving board" on the market. But at the same time i can not find any review of this board. Is Nidecker GS realy good for carving?
