Day 1 and 2 of sun peaks day 1 was perfect groomers not a cloud in sight u till lunch and I collided with Quat at high speeds I went for a big toe side turn and just forgot to look uphill, re opening the delam on the nose of the keser and hurting my shoulder my concussion did not worsen but some more headaches but other than that could not of asked for better. Day 2 riding the moss snow stick some snow overnight 5-10 cm but in the trees it got up to 15-20 so just ripping trees all day some of the tightest trees I have ever ridden. Day 3 plans to be revi and 4 back to sunpeaks Home to say hi to James on the way up. -

Thanks for all the info everyone. Hoping we get some more snow to be able to ride the 163 from dgrif. I think the 168 is a little big for what I want to ride it in

Hey I am looking into the spectra and other than the manufacturer page It is quite difficult to find any info on the board. Anything would be great with all the slush and chop we deal with I'm not looking for a blue bird perfect groomer board. Thanks

Day 1 Whistler Prior mfr 159 now pilots and Ride insanos Day was nice lots of overnight snow Lot of pain with new boots (think it's a stance angel issue) was using my ski boot liner in them as dry fitting had some issues with the stock liners -

They might but some eye balling looked like they might interfier with the bolts that hold the plate on Day idk Good lessons got 7 students to turning today. Started heavy snow in the morning ended with some nice powder on the side of the run. -

I tried the mono ski what a monster felt like I had no controll might give it another shot later this week one of the ski instructors is interested. Will say after trying the snowpro bindings with not enough lift it's insane such a difference toe and heal lift makes sadly don't think I can fit my f2s on it to try the plate by its self. May be giving Levi's donek a try in the next few days but tommorow the mayham starts. Also the nx2 Cxs are such an amazing binding with the main flaw I see so far is the lock on the buckles coming off but other wise loving them will be trying them with heavy forward angles in the comming week. You also may see Michel mehan trying the nidecker this week. -
A bit of a non carving question how does the board perform in moguls and chopped steeps

Bataleon 3d shape creates this mess of no edge grip and as you engage your edge you will find 2 different side cuts they are good for people learning park but for carving they are a mess I rode an evil twin for about 3 years and after switching back to traditional camber with a flat nose and tail have not touched my evil twin.
