  1. Ah shoot located in Southern Ontario. Might still be interested though, I'll send you a pm shortly
  2. Still pending or sold?
  3. Looking for some in the same size also
  4. Adding the toe lift on the front foot and removing the inward cant wedges made a world of difference carving! Boots still need the padding as a 4mm footbed shim did not help. Only really notice the boots after a long session. Many thanks!
  5. You're both very helpful thank you. I actually ordered a pair of heel/toe lifts when I got the bindings so I will remove the cant wedges and install the toe lift on the front binding and update you.
  6. The boot fit is perfect length and width wise but I feel like I could use a 3-5mm thick footbed as my heel and toe have up and down wiggle room. I have F2 intec Titanium Bindings with the standard heel lift kit on the back foot plus both bindings canted inward. I'm not sure how a proper setup feels but it seems ok. I'll take a look at that link. Also I meant 3d printing pieces to go under the liner in the boot, I don't trust my prints to hold my feet onto a board haha. I had the boots in a neutral shell position for all previous rides, the most recent time I was out I tried playing with max and minimum forward lean. I noticed a slight improvement with maximum lean in but it felt harder to lock in the heelside. Also boots did not want to come of my feet. Does a spring system add variable lean?
  7. Thanks for all of the input, it is appreciated. I am an absolute beginner so I think I'll start with a heel shim/wedge/lift but I'm not opposed to upgrading boots in the future. Interesting point about the technique, I did find that I eventually adjusted to the looseness when carving but it still felt sloppy when doing a stop or sideslip. Felt like catching an edge would be more likely with the vagueness.
  8. Got the boots used in very good condition. Initial fit up was good. First time out and actually knowing how to carve I can feel my back foot's heel lift slightly inside the boot on edge transfers. Almost caught me off guard but I kinda adapted to it, still annoying. All of the straps (excluding toe) are absolutely maxed out. I remolded the liners and it improved slightly. My question is: I have a 3d printer and software, is it a wise idea to make some wedges to put under my heels to fix the problem? Any other solutions? Thanks
  9. Bought these very cool SHR Shredder Bindings off of eBay from a Canadian seller last year, decided it was time to modify them to what I imagined. I couldn't find any information other than a mention in The Carver's Almanac from who knows when. The link for the website no longer exists. Any information on SHR bindings would be super cool. The step in system almost accepted intec heel but was too shallow. So I took the heel pieces off of a too small pair of intecs and measured and drilled some holes. Results are as seen: *I will remove and have the heel pieces chrome plated to match originals **I used the intec heel shim on the front bail to accommodate for slop. 2x M6 holes ***These will be used on my fun/powder board (capita slush slasher) so I do not care about cant/lift adjustment or footprint
  10. Issue solved, ordered some large size bindings...
  11. Update: New proper sized boots fit great, unfortunately shell length is exactly the same as the old raichles, I had them in storage and forgot the measurement. Here are some reference pictures, I would appreciate it if somebody could compare baseplates to see if I could just get toe pieces, these came with the cant wedges I will need shorter hardware.
  12. I miss-typed the 27.5, my mondo size in ski boots is 28.5 that is the size I was looking for. Shell length is about 15mm shorter than the raichles. Might be enough to adjust comfortably. Thanks for all the help appreciated
  13. Found a good deal on 28.5 track700s problem is the shell is still 319mm same as the raichle. I'll get the board out of the garage and take some pictures of the bindings and parts
  14. Would 27.5MP boot shells fit in the M size intec? I know there are different brands but in general...
