Alright everyone, little fresh look "post-mortem" (in good meaning, LOL !) The slopes are steep ! Pretty fluent with pumping and speed carving, and - surprise ! - neither works on steeps. The only place where I could do it my regular way, was middle section of Pneumonia, starting day 2. Everywhere else - push-pull to begin with. The brilliant idea of bringing brand new boots to set up on site using community knowledge didn't work that well. Half a day spent on tweaking (thanks @dredman and Chester ) just to get to minimally viable configuration, and then realize that new tongues and better liners are needed anyway. Conclusion - bring proven gear so you can concentrate on important things. For the same reason didn't demo a single stick, having a week pass - too many variables already. Wish I would bring 4WD 173 instead of Speedster RS 185 (which I took out only once, for waxing ). Again, steepness has been underestimated. So longer yet softer boards with smaller SCR would be the main tools. With all above, clinics were a revelation ! Hing, Chester and Matt - kudos, dudes ! You guys have an eye, know how to break things up into basic steps and explain in simple words. My progress moved forward with every run. All said about atmosphere is not a joke. Friends party it is. Highlight of a season. Thanks Dave, Kristin, and everyone who helped bringing it together

The whole set (board+bindings+boots) went to the new owner about week ago, sorry. I have those ones for sale, but shells only, and whole different price range: Would be a perfect fit for 26.5-27.0 foot size.

I planned to get it waxed and possibly edges tuned on site, by people who know what they're doing. Any potential issues ?

Wondering how demo gear would work, given that everyone needs specific bindings setup. Tweaking it for 10-15 min, then taking just couple of runs, means a lot of overhead. And BTW, are the demo boards normally equipped with bindings, or I use my own ones ?

UPZ 2021 RCR Shoxxter: Red Orange FREE FLEX - 27-27.5 MP Shell Only $450 + shipping from AZ New in box with tags, never used. $640 value. The back story: ordered from official UPZ store few months back, didn't have suitable liners to try-fit. Size looked right in numbers and gap test. Just got chance to try with liners - way too tight. Out of return window by big margin. Going for 28.0-28.5 MP. Those ones for sale. Spoiler: may be a little undersized, at least against Stratos Pro and US 10 size.

Alright, just signed up. Arriving to Kalispell at noon 01-30, leaving at 6pm 02-03. Will have a rental car, can pick up 2 more ppl with gear if timing aligns (both airport transfer and daily). Cheers !

Today I've got contacted over PM by just-registered, 0-post, empty profile user Kinsje in respect my old "In Search Of" posting. He referred to another alleged forum member davi754 who supposedly has the part I need, and provided his phone number. I've contacted the latter person, and he wanted $150 for preowned $30-part. But then I did member search over all possible combinations of "davi754" and couldn't find anybody. Thinking about it all, such combination of factors is rather impossible in normal situation. So my understanding at this point is this: - someone is scanning through random forums looking for "ISO" postings; - registers, sends PM referring to another fake forum user to build trust, gives his own cell phone; - negotiates fake deal (not even knowing right price point as we see), receives money, disappears with no trace. As a side note, some other forums I'm part of, require new user to have certain amount of postings and the profile filled to certain minimum with validated email before he can send PMs (although still not a guarantee against fraud). Be aware everyone !
