  1. Hi guys I thought I'll share my newest short carving clip. Enjoy! Ride hard nevin
  2. Here‘s the final part. Thanks for watching! (And thanks for the interesting discussion. When I find time, I‘d like to try to answer. In the meantime: go out and shred!)
  3. Hi, I thought I should produce some nice snowboard carving content… so here are the first three parts of my new mini videoseries: Part1: Part : Part 3: Stay tuned for the next part! And let me know what you think about it Cheers Nevin
  4. I use the F2 Race Titanium Binding Size M and and either a extra stiff Allflex plate or the new Allflex spring plate. My stance is 49.5 and I ride 55/50 degree angles. I have a big toe lift on my front binding and a big heel lift and a canting on my back binding. I use the same setup for freecarving, but it's not ideal. I'll get myself a comfortable setup when I finish racing
  5. With a stiff boot I am able to cut into turns with more power. Every input I give will be transformed down to the binding. The connection between boot and binding is where I have some flex. I don't know if this is the best solution, but it's how it is.
  6. Against Time And Gravity It's already out for a while. Maybe you haven't seen it...
  7. Hi everyone, I thought I should add something here... My boot is completely locked. I have the stiffest tongue, a stiff liner, a custom made suspension thing with no suspension at all, and screws on both sides that go through the upper and lower cuff. The boot is locked in my preferred angle, a lot of forward lean on the back foot and a little less lean on the front. On my search for the fastest equipment and setup I found that a radical stiff boot makes me faster. That's the only reason and the only thing I care. Obviously I would never advice anyone else to do the same! As you might know I have my own snowboard camp (www.carvingcamp.ch) where I coach freecarving riders. In this camp I tell everyone to use a boot with some ankle flex. You'll have a lot more control and you need less effort to make a carve, just to mention a few benefits. Okay, so far my input. If you have any questions - let me know
