  1. Cool board, how much are you asking for this? and are the bindings included? Thank you
  2. Definitely #2. And as mentioned in one of the previous messages, just do some minor adjustments on the lighting and contrast on #2 and it will be awesome. #1 is too generic. Could be anyone. Both are good photos, however.
  3. The purported buyer has not sent payment or replied to my e-mails, so the bindings are back for sale. $65 + shipping (USPS: approx $10 for lower 48, $15 for Canada. Don't know how much via FedEx Ground - depends on distance). I only accept PayPal from checking or savings accounts (not from credit cards), no COD. Let me know if you are still interested. Thanks and happy carving, Bob
  4. Please let me know if you still want the DVD. I have not received payment yet. Thanks, Bob
  5. The bindings are tentatively sold. If I do not receive payment from the buyer in a couple of days I will e-mail you. FYI - I only accept PayPal, no COD. Sorry. Thanks for the interest. Bob
  6. I have a pair SnowPro S-Race Bindings. $65 + shipping. Size small - fits up to 290mm boot sole length (probably up to 26.5, depending on brand). Like new, used three runs. Includes all hardware, leash, cants, etc. Great bindings, just a little too small for my Deeluxe with 295mm boot sole. Cheers, Bob Listed in For Sale: http://www.bomberonline.com/VBulletin/showthread.php?t=14391&highlight=snowpro I only accept payment from PayPal from checking or savings accounts (not from credit cards due to PP's high fees). Will ship FedEx Ground or USPS.
  7. Thanks, please pay via PayPal to bob_roehl@hotmail.com from a savings or checking account only. Not from a credit card. Thank you and best regards, Bob
  8. Price reduction: now $12 + $4 shipping (USPS Media mail)
  9. I believe these can also be used on some Skwal models. The long base does not drag on the Skwal due to the high angles. I have a pair that I am keeping as a back-up for my original Skwal bindings (parts or whole).

  11. Here are a couple of photos. The black pieces at the bottom are risers and cants. I also have the original safety leash. Let me know if you need additional info or photos. Cheers, Bob
  12. I don't think it has 3-hole/Burton disks. I will post pictures tonight.

    skwal

I agree that would be ideal (as I come from a slalom waterskiing background). However, the two issues are: I have Skwal brand bindings with toe-bails (not step-in), and do not have enough room to get in and out of the back binding at 90 and 90. I have tried releasing the front binding for chair lift rides, but it creates pain in my rear knee as the board hangs. The other issue is that I do not have canting under/in the bindings, or enough canting in my boots, to allow me to put even pressure on the inside and outside of the ski when at 90 and 90. When water-skiing, I have high-wrap bindings, but not hard-shell, which allows my ankles to flex sideways enough to keep even L-R pressure on each foot. What are the options for correcting this? canting the bindings? Getting a Bomber Skwal "second board" kit and using my TD1s? Thanks. CB

    skwal

I have also had the problem of my rear knee hitting the back of my front knee. My solution has been to wear a "volleyball-type", soft knee pad on my back knee. Low-tech but seems to work. Part the differences in experiences has to do with the model of Skwal. The dimensions, lay-up, flex and handling of Dan's Easy Jungle, Dr. D's LaCroix Contest and my Free Carve, are all very different. I consider them fun, but somewhat terrifying on "flatter ground", the balance-beam anology is appropriate, but would modify it to a balance beam not attached to a base or to the ground (a log in a pond?). Cheers, B

    skwal

I have an all-mountain Skwal (FreeCarve 180). Waist 125mm. I bought it in Switzerland with stock Skwal bindings (toe-bails, not step-in). Ramped (raised toe in front, raised heel in back), no canting. I am riding 85 degrees in back, 87.5 degrees in front. No toe-drag even with my ski boots (314mm boot sole). Bob
  17. Just bought a pair of TD1's, and am looking for mounting instructions or suggestions. I want to make sure they are set up correctly, and that I am taking advantage of all the great features designed into them. BTW: Mounting onto a Volkl RT RS 168cm. I will also be listing two sets of SnowPro race bindings as soon as I get around to taking photos. Thank you! Bob
  18. If you are interested in getting a well-made, heat-moldable liner, for a good price, there was a listing on eBay where a shop was selling new Tecnica liners for $70 a pair, and had 20+ pairs for sale. The listing is no longer active, but you can still contact them through e-Bay (seller ID: bbassett00) or see the completed listing 280069016662. Another option is to get one of the newer Intuition liners with the "Power Wrap", around $225, http://www.intuitionsports.com/page126.htm . The best fit, but most expensive (~$365) is to go with the full custom injection liner. Con'formable sells them through shops, and the SureFoot ones mentioned earlier in this thread are made by Con'formable. Cheers, Bob
  19. CarveDog, I will be up there this weekend. Will be on the Skwal part of the time, and hopefully my new Renntiger (if I can find all the binding parts to get it mounted).
  20. Big D, Please let me know ASAP if you still want to buy the Raichle's. Thanks,
  21. Thank you all for the feedback and links to information. I have decided not to get the 222's, and am now considering the x24's and other 4 buckle models. I am in no hurry, as I only have a couple of days left to ride this year and have a pair of Raichle's hybrid "SkiBoard" boots that will suffice for now. Best regards,
  22. I am looking at a pair of Raichle SB222's. Is anyone out there familiar with that model? Is it softer than the SB223's? I am 6'2", 185 Lbs., and while I am a relative beginner carver, I don't want something too soft for support, and to progress in (or do I?). It does not show up on the matrix of Raichle/Deeluxe models previously posted on BOL. Thanks! Raichle.doc
